This is not a mall-wide Halloween bazaar. HOMIE is the baby and kids shop on this floor, a Singapore brand that also sells wipes, bamboo sleep gear, and maternity bits. The Halloween line is the toy wall and the backpack rack, not the whole store. If you came for clothes, that is a separate October tag at the same outlet: short-sleeve button rompers at $10, mix-and-match tops and harem pants any two for $19, and the Cloud Bathtub at $45 with a hooded towel. Do not assume those clothing prices stack onto the 10 percent toy cut unless the cashier says they do.
What is on the toy wall
The Halloween poster lists HOMIE Theme Series and SLIDE SERIES building blocks, BARREL PIRATE sets, crocodile toys, dinosaur figures, activity toys, police and fire vehicles, and children's backpacks. Treat that as a sample, not a locked SKU list. Boxes rotate. A ride-on car on the floor sits in a different price band. Confirm the 10 percent applies to the item in your hand before you queue.
School bags sit next to the toys. Pioneer Primary opened in January 2026 on Tengah Garden Avenue, so a replacement bag in October is a real errand for Plantation families, not a tourist souvenir. The shop does not publish a bag price list online. Bring the child if size matters. This is a compact kids shop, not a department-store fitting floor.
homie.sg is the brand site. It currently advertises free delivery from $49 and 5 percent off from $80 on the web cart. That is a website offer. The Halloween 10 percent is a floor promotion. Do not expect the till to honour a Shopee code or a homie.sg cart discount against this poster. Screenshot the post before you go. Mobile data in the lift lobby is patchy.
Hours and how Level 4 works
The directory lists HOMIE at 127 Plantation Crescent, #04-02, Singapore 690127, phone 8916 4968. Hours on this site are 11am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 9pm Saturday and Sunday. The brand's Facebook opening post said 11am to 9pm daily. Trust the later weekday 11am start so you do not stand at a shutter at 10:05 on a Tuesday. Mall hours are 10am to 10pm. Giant in B1 opens at 8am. Koufu on Level 3 runs from 7:30am. HOMIE is the late opener on this floor.
Art Journey is at #04-07. Bouncetopia by Kiztopia is at #04-08/09, 127 Plantation Crescent, with its own ticket desk. Kiztopia lists that playground Sunday to Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday, Saturday, and public holidays 10am to 9pm. Families already upstairs for bounce time can walk the corridor to HOMIE without going back to the atrium. Weekend bounce sessions dump a queue into the shop. If you need a specific backpack print, a weekday after 11am is calmer.
Parking is the HDB decks at 128A and 128B. Bus stop Plantation Cres, Tengah CC (40389) sits next to the link bridge into Tengah CC at 119 Plantation Crescent. There is no Tengah Plantation MRT yet. Jurong Region Line is still dated around mid-2028. From Bukit Batok, bus 871 is the usual hop. From Jurong East, 870. The mall Chinese name is 田园广场, in 登加 田园区. Say Level 4, HOMIE, if you ask at the Giant information point.
When the 10 percent actually ends
Halloween is Saturday 31 October 2026. The poster runs through October, so 30 and 31 October are the last full shopping days, subject to stock. While stocks last is not decoration. Building-block sets and character bags move first. Call 8916 4968 if you want to know whether a named set is still on the shelf. HOMIE has used the Level 1 atrium for spin-the-wheel fairs earlier in 2026. This Halloween cut is back in the permanent shop, not a pop-up stall. You still walk to Level 4. The lift from Giant B1 is the straight line if you are already grocery shopping. If you only need a bag, skip Giant and use the Level 4 lift lobby from the Plantation Crescent entrance.
