The Opportunity

We're seeking passionate and visionary educational leaders to join us as Principals at our Bedok, Punggol, and upcoming Tengah campuses. As Principal, you'll shape the educational experience of our young learners while leading a team of dedicated educators in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the professional development pathways for teachers.
• Provide guidance in the implementation of our holistic and inquiry-based curriculum that emphasizes cognitive and emotional growth.
• Seamlessly integrate the organization’s mission, vision, and core values into curricula and programs at the Centre.
• Enhance and maintain the school's high-quality image among parents and the community.
• Manage operational and administrative responsibilities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL) or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years in a relevant leadership role.
• Proficiency in ECDA licensing and SPARK accreditation processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Driven by a passion to make a significant impact in early childhood education, shaping future generations with innovation and care.
