Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused and professional individual to handle feedback and enquiries

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service and handle consumer feedback professionally
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve complex cases
• Communicate effectively with consumers, providing timely updates and solutions
• Take full ownership of each case from start to closure
• Maintain accurate records and updates in systems and reports
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned
